Trader Joe’s Haul

This piece is part of the Trader Joe’s Haul series where I review the food/snacks/products/random stuff I buy from Trader Joe’s. Few things make me as happy as a trip to Trader Joe’s and finding a new delicious item I can tell everyone about.

I rarely, if ever, go to Trader Joe’s with a list. Just vibes. I walk in there and I let Trader Joe tell me what I need to buy. He knows me best.

I’ve come to try tons of different items so I wanted to put together a list of some of my favorite random go-to items!

Goat Cheese

First up is this cranberry goat cheese log. This goat cheese comes in a few different flavors like blueberry, and my current fall favorite: apricot cherry cranberry. It goes great with crackers and is perfect as a soft cheese addition to your charcuterie board. Cheese is also a great item to purchase at TJ’s because it’s so cheap compared to other places.

Salad Dressing

Next is the green goddess salad dressing. This goes well with any salad, it’s light and refreshing and has a thicker consistency than most salad dressings. My favorite simple salad recipe with this dressing is butter lettuce, dried cranberries, peaches or apples, goat cheese, cucumbers, and some crushed peanuts. So good!

Orange Chicken

If you don’t have an air fryer, you might want to consider buying one just for this orange chicken. Seriously, it’s that good. Throw this in the air fryer for 15 min at 400° F, heat the sauce packet in the microwave, mix the chicken and sauce together in a bowl, and voila – the perfectly crunchy orange chicken at home.

Pain Au Lait

Ahh, the pain au lait. These are light and fluffy and the chocolate chips take them to the next level. I eat these whenever I’m craving something a little sweet.

The quesadilla makes for a great quick lunch if you’re in a pinch for time and they’re delicious with some guacamole and sour cream.

Corn Puffs

These are a newer addition and are similar to the corn puffs I wrote about here but the jalapeno flavor in these makes them my go-to corn puff now. They’re crunchy and filled with flavor, 10/10 would recommend.

Dried mango

Trader Joe’s wasn’t lying when they said soft AND juicy. This is the best-dried mango I’ve ever had. TJ’s has a good assortment of dried fruit but these are the ones I usually get. It’s hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting!

Chocolate covered raisins

The chocolate covered raisins are a staple in my pantry and they usually don’t last more than a week.

What are some of your go-to Trader Joe’s items?
